Today I made some Christmas cookies. Sugar cookies because I don't like gingerbread :) Here is the recipe:1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups flour
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix in egg. Add dry ingredients.
Shape into cookies and bake until light brown.
Hey--they good enough to eat and they sure do smell yummy--put the tea kettle on and I will be right over!!!!!
