Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients:

150 ml hot water
150 ml cold water
2 tsp dry active yeast
2 tbsp sugar
60g marg
450g Flour
2 tsp Bread improver
1 1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate chips
1 tbsp milk
sugar
Bread Machine

1. Mix the water and milk and place in the pan of the bread machine. Sprinkle yeast over the liquid, and add sugar and marg.
2. Mix the flour, bread improver, and salt. Add to the bread pan.
3. Put the bread pan in the bread machine and put it on the dough cycle.
4. When its done, put the dough on a floured surface and mix in chocolate chips.
5. Shape the dough and place it in a baking tin.
6. Mix the sugar and milk and paint on the loaf.
7. Let it rise for 20 min.
8. Bake for about 30 min till golden brown.
